NCB wishes to sincerely apologise to our valued customers for any inconvenience experienced related to downtime and the ability to do the normal range of transactions on our ABMs. We are aware of the recent issues, and are working assiduously to address them in order to speedily restore the level of service that our customers are entitled to expect of us. We have invested in tooling to monitor the machines for uptime and cash balances, and have revisited service level arrangements with our various providers.
Additionally, as the most highly utilized ABM fleet in the country, the transaction volumes have increased over time. As such, we have also initiated the installation of new machines island wide, along with equipment and software upgrades.
Please be assured that we are actively addressing the issues in order to create for you an unparalleled service experience.
