Water supply disruption to affect areas served by Constant Spring Treatment Plant

National Water Commission  customers who are served by the Constant Spring Water Treatment Plant in St. Andrew,  are being advised that their water supply will be disrupted at 8:00 p.m on Monday, June 20, 2016.   This is in order to facilitate the  replacement of a defective gate valve at the treatment facility.

Areas to be affected will include:

Constant Spring Road, Norbrook, Cherry Gardens, Havendale, Half Way Tree, Lady Musgrave, Liguanea, Manor Park, Shortwood, Graham Heights, Aylsham, Allerdyce, Acadia, White Hall Gardens, Belgrade, Kingswood, Riva Ridge, Eastwood Park Gardens, Hughenden, Stillwell Road, Barbican Road, Russell Heights Constant Spring Gardens, Camperdown, Mannings Hill Road, Red Hills Road, Arlene Gardens, Roehampton, Jacks Hill, Tavistock, Trench Town, Calabar Mews, Zaidie Gardens, State Gardens, , Smokey Vale, Diamond Road, Wireless Station Road, Mt. Salus and Chancery Hall.

Customers are therefore being asked to store water for use during the period of disruption.

The NWC  regrets any inconvenience this necessary work may cause and is advising that restoration of regular service will resume on the morning of Tuesday, June 21, 2016.
